Help from experts with an AG eyelid chip

I have been wanting to fix up some AGs, so I borrowed my sister's two PM Felicity and Samantha dolls. I'm going to do the downey dunk and the steam, but Samantha has a chip on her eyelid.

When her eye's are closed is the only time you can see it, but I'd like to get her all fixed up. Any tips?

You can get some paint and sealant at a local craft store. In my album, I repainted Kit's eyelids because they were chipped. I still haven't added sealant yet. I believe that Angie(Gillygals) does facial painting.

Along these same lines, I'll ask an additional question: my PM Felicity has the tiniest little gouge or hole in the vinyl on the side of her nose. Her nose was like this when I purchased her. Is there any way to fill the vinyl?

I'm not sure about the vinal, but would be interested. How you you seal the eyelinds? What do you use?
